Your first date change has no separate rescheduling fee when requested at least 15 days before departure. The new date is subject to availability, feasibility and any price increase.

If the entire confirmed Max Adventures trip cannot operate, choose an available rescheduled date or a refund of the amount received for the cancelled Max service. The policy explains exclusions and route changes.

Is Max Adventures air-conditioned?
No. Max Adventures is naturally ventilated and open-air. Guests should choose it because they are comfortable with the river breeze, temperature and seasonal conditions—not because they expect an enclosed AC cabin.
What is included in the shared Day Tour?
The confirmed shared Day Tour includes scheduled pickup and return from the selected Kolkata points, road transfer to and from the agreed boarding point, the Max Adventures boat journey, and meals and refreshments through the day. Where the forest-permit programme is confirmed, the applicable forest-permit arrangements and Forest Guide are included with that programme. Your booking confirmation will state the final inclusions for the chosen date.
Can I book Max Adventures privately?
Yes, subject to availability. A private Day Tour or private multi-day open-air journey can be discussed. Kolkata pickup and/or drop is optional and is not automatically included unless stated in the quotation or confirmation. Private forest-permit sightseeing is quote-specific and does not use the Shared Day Tour 9-guest threshold. A Forest Guide is included only when forest permission is confirmed, and an alternative non-permit river/mangrove route may be offered when permission is unavailable.
Does the Day Tour still operate if forest permission is unavailable?
Yes, subject to normal operating conditions. Max Adventures may follow an alternative Sundarban river and mangrove route that does not require forest permission.
How do I enquire or book?
Open the official booking application, choose the preferred date, guest count and tour format, and complete the applicable pickup or transfer selection. Review the current availability and price, then send the booking request from the application. A request does not confirm a seat; WhatsApp remains available for help and unusual requirements.
Planning a Tuesday?
Max Adventures operates on Tuesdays. The permitted forest and sightseeing programme may differ from other days and is confirmed before booking according to current Forest Department instructions, tide, weather and operating conditions. The booking page identifies the Tuesday Alternative Route Programme; a returned fare or available place does not confirm the usual forest programme.
